Started in 2019, Grand Valley Trap Club has allowed students of all backgrounds and abilities to experience a safe, fun, community-oriented outdoor sport that they can participate in for the rest of their lives. Along with the friendships, skills and passion cultivated through the League, clay target athletes carry something even greater—our country’s heritage. Grand Valley Trap Club is creating the next generation of shooting sports enthusiasts; the future of our outdoor recreation clubs, conservation efforts and so much more.
Grand Valley Trap Club is open to all students 7-12 grade currently enrolled in Grand Valley School and surrounding school districts. We currently have Members from Grand Valley, Jefferson, Pymatuning Valley, and Cardinal.
All students grades 7-12 from Grand Valley School District and surrounding Districts are eligible.
No experience necessary! All Team Members are required to take Student Athlete Firearm Education (SAFE) Certification or Ohio Hunters Education Course. Coaches are on hand to help Team Members learn and improve.
That's ok! While bringing your own is great - the Club does have firearms you can use for practice and competitions.
